With a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Dhanbad, Mr. Rayachar brings strong technical expertise and years of leadership experience. He has served as the Director of the Telangana State Solar Board Advisory Committee and as the Ex. Additional Director of CPRI India, contributing greatly to the fields of energy and infrastructure.
